Established in 1890, Cliffside Cemetery is a historic burial ground serving as the final resting place for early local settlers and features a mix of traditional burials and an urn wall.

The cemetery houses approximately 1,450 memorial records. Prominent family names and historical figures found in its records include:

John Henry Revenue: June 27th 1856, 1st pioneer child born in the Sandy District.

Richard A. Ten Eyck: (1861–1946), whose name is shared with the road where the cemetery is located.

The Aschoff Family: Including Adolf Aschoff (1849–1930) and other family members.

The Helms Family: Hans Hy. Helms (1850–1923) and several others.

The Meinig Family: Several members of this early Sandy family, including Mary Sophia Meinig (1873–1914).

Veterans: The grounds contain burials for veterans from various conflicts, including World War I and World War II.
